House Call Chiropractic Care – Important Details

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Insurance, work injury, or personal injury cases are not accepted for house calls and must be seen in the office.
Pricing Details:
- First Visit: $250
- Includes: New patient exam, consultation, paperwork with the doctor, and adjustment (if deemed appropriate by the doctor).
- Follow-Up Visits (Maintenance Care): $175
- Injury Care: Starting at $200 (final cost depends on case complexity).
- Additional Family Members: $50 per person (if they have already completed a new patient evaluation and are receiving maintenance care).
Travel Fees:
- Within 10 Miles: No additional charge (from our office at 7805 Highland Village Place #104, San Diego, CA 92129).
- 11-25 Miles: $25 additional fee.
- 26-50 Miles: $50-$100 additional fee (based on factors like time of day, travel time, mileage, weekends, holidays, and case complexity).
Non-Refundable Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This must be paid within 1 hour of scheduling with our doctor.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 fee.
