My name is Katherine Simmons, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I love helping and healing people, this is my passion. This is what called me to become a Massage Therapist! I have many years of experience dealing with injuries and trauma. I was a gymnast for over 9 years and competed with the Aztecs Women’s Competitive Gymnastics Team here in San Diego.
I went to the Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in San Diego. I received my Certificate and License for Swedish massage, Trigger point, Deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Tui Na Massage, Sports and Circulatory Massage specializing in Sports injuries.
I am a professional Massage Therapist with over 5 years of experience, and I will customize every massage to meet my patients’ needs and injuries to help them heal.
